Monroe Real Estate was looking for a logo that projects integrity, efficiency, and professionalism. They wanted to convey that they are a dynamic and experienced team. The are prided itself on quality service and aims to target real estate buyers and investors.
The basic geometric figures of a house are inspired to create a solid and modern brand image. I designed this logotype using a letterform made of a recognizable image that has been simplified and stylized. The colors and typography of the signature evoke feelings and moods that are very important for building brand recognition. For this reason, the color palette and typography evoke feelings of luxury, safety, and a sense of protection.
